PREYING MANTISS (18/06/11 - 03/07/11): Sunday, 19.06.11

"Saw Preying Mantis today. The story, for me, of fragile sanity being lost to wild tangents seemed particularly relevant, and with such varied themes the film brings up, was held together particularly well by the gently fluctuating synthesizer soundtrack. Very eerie, and honest from the mundane thoughts of everyday to the bigger legends of Jesus and sacrifice. I think I want to come back and see it again - Ocean Zen."

From 10 in the morning on Saturday (11TH), Grey Area will become ‘drinky arty clubby’.

This is an attempt to present a working idea of how an Art Club could function in Brighton%hoge. Do we need or want it or not necassarily (I am busy on 'otter things')

This is an attempt to reach out to artists of all persuasions to attend and participate. We will have eating food provided by

Restaurant Tautologique – Early Breakfast, mid lunch and Evening Dinner.
